Terms & Conditions
Sea Freight Services
- Rates are for the minimum of two (2) items sent
- £10 surcharge for one item sent from one address to one address
- Overweight charge is £5 per box (please make sure the overweight written in the Shipping Form)
- Deposit is £5 for a box and £30 for a trunk (Official receipts compulsory for the refund)
- Minimum charge for ODD item is £20 for West Malaysia and £30 for East Malaysia/Singapore
- Transport charges applies for Belfast/Ireland collection £20 per address in Malaysia
- Transport charge may be add up on top of collection depends on urgency and location -Special Arrangement
- Duration 7-8 weeks to West Malaysia and 8-10 weeks to East Malaysia from sailing date
Air Freight Services
- Personal suitcase will be surcharged
- Overweight charges is £10 per kg
- Duration 2-3 weeks
Container Sharing Services
- Valid for one address of collection to one address of delivery in Malaysia/Singapore
- Transport charges apply for multiples collection or deliveries.
- No packing materials provided for this service i.e. box, tape, bubble wrap etc.
Other Services
- Courier service (within 3 working days) to send boxes to UK address only at £10 per delivery (max 10 boxes)
- Quotation for car shipment, 20ft (FCL) & 40ft (FCL) container can be request from the office.
